Given the contemporary social and political milieu, in the age of information—one of growing mistrust of traditional and emerging reportage,accuracy of information and implicit dishonesty—truth seems, at best, elusive.
In this poster design, the layered and dense typography may on the surface represent harmonic beauty and truth, yet by its nature obfuscates the truth.
I use this as a metaphor for the challenges we see for the functional and formal value of the printed word in the age of mistrust and misinformation.
